LOS ANGELES - September 29, 2006 - Cambridge Capital Holdings, Inc. (OTC:CCHI), reports that it has settled pending litigation commenced by it against First Tennessee Bank and its advertising agency alleging violation of copyrights owned by the company's FiCorp, Inc. subsidiary. The settlement calls for a one-time payment to FiCorp of $1.1 million.
